This is a fulltime position performed at our Denver location Monday – Friday. Workday starts at 8:30 am and ends approximately at 5 pm. Compensation will be paid hourly with a starting range of $24-28/hour based upon experience. This position includes one week of paid vacation per year.
Individual will be responsible for installation of aftermarket 4x4 parts and accessories on customer vehicles.
To be eligible for this position we require 4 - 6 years of experience outfitting and upgrading 4x4’s, light
trucks, or similar experience that would apply specifically to vehicle outfitting. Full level technicians will be
responsible for running their own installation bay and be expected to complete a variety of projects including
camper installs, vehicle upgrades such as suspensions, bumpers, roof racks, wheels and tires, storage
systems, power upgrades, and other vehicle outfitting projects. It is expected that an applicant for this
position will provide most of the tools required to complete daily tasks.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Intermediate to advanced level of mechanical skills with a desire to continue to advance.
• Solid foundation of 12V and 110V electrical systems
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Communication with other technicians and management.
• Self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
• Work under the supervision of the Workshop Manager to perform day-to-day installations,
maintenance, and repair on customer vehicles.
• Running your own install-bay and keeping your assigned projects on schedule.
• Test the functionality and safety of parts and systems once installed.
• Identify problems using diagnostic equipment and experience.
• Keep workspace and workshop clean and organized.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mid-level technician ASE certifications or equivalent experience.
• Safely use and assist in the maintenance of all shop equipment.
• Must be able to install a 4x4 suspension upgrade, bumper, roof rack, or other similar vehicle
equipment within the allotted time and without supervision.
• Must be able to install a Toyota dual battery system within the allotted time and without supervision. • Good hand-eye coordination.
• Hold a valid driver license and have reliable transportation.
• Above all, be a self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
