The MegaMat Duo 10 boasts a core of 10 cm (4") open-cell polyurethane foam with the perfect density, certified by Oeko-Tex 100. This foam provides both support and warmth. The foam is designed with horizontal air channels that reduce weight and packed volume while maintaining comfort. The mat's surface is made of a brushed, stretch tricot polyester, akin to high-end home-based beds, relieving pressure points like hips and shoulders. It offers consistent support across all surfaces from head to foot.
The MegaMat is designed to self-inflate. By opening the inflate valve, the foam expands and draws air into the mat. Additionally, an EXPED Mini Pump is included to fine-tune inflation and achieve the desired firmness. The inflate and deflate valves are FlatValves™, a pioneering innovation by EXPED, offering high flow rates. The inflate valve features a one-way flapper that enables easy air purging during the night or by fingertip adjustment for personalized comfort.
Vertical 3-dimensional sidewalls enable the top surface to extend right to the mat's edge, maximizing the usable sleeping area—comparable to a home bed. The double-wide duo version comfortably accommodates two individuals.
